Cloud Solutions Architect (Azure)

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies and extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, ensure security compliance, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree (BAC +5 or equivalence) in a relevant field such as Information technology;
• 5+ years of relevant experience in cloud solutions architecture.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
• Strong technical knowledge in cloud computing, with specific expertise in Azure.
• An engaging style with a solution-oriented mindset.
• It is mandatory to possess at least three prior relevant experiences in the field.
• Valid work permit in Luxembourg is mandatory.

• Interact with stakeholders, including business managers, project managers, and end users, to gather information about business processes, technical constraints, and desired outcomes, defining the scope of the solution
• Designs the architecture and technical specifications for cloud-based solutions, considering scalability, availability, security, performance, and cost optimization, while also ensuring planned maintenance of Azure infrastructure resources is carried out as necessary
• Designs and implements security measures to protect data and applications in the cloud, identifying security requirements, defining access controls, encryption mechanisms, and implementing security best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards internal policy -
• Controls the creation of new resources with a focus on aligning manual or automated processes with architectural standards -
• Creates documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and deployment guides, ensuring proper documentation of design decisions, configurations, and guidelines, contributing to the establishment of governance processes and standards for cloud solutions
• Works on ways to automate and improve development and release processes by establishing continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Document tasks, including incidents and changes, in Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
