Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Influences, enables, and drives adoption and preference for Intelbased solutions for private, public, and/or hybrid cloud infrastructure and cloud/data services.
  • Develops and executes multiyear strategies that builds upon Intel overall cloud routes to market initiatives.
  • Leverages expertise of the industry, business use cases, multicloud options and use cases, technical merits of cloud, and TCO value propositions to accelerate Intel and customer revenue growth.
  • Cultivates Csuite relationships with global cloud service providers (CSPs), digital services/SaaS providers, enterprise, cloud and public sector customers, independent software vendors (ISVs), system integrators (SIs), and managed service provider (MSP) partners to maximize utilization of Intel product capabilities.
  • Works with the customers, partners/ISVs/SIs, and Intel business unit development teams to create new solutions, software, and services/workload optimizations through technical engagement and utilization of Intel product capabilities across the solution stack for compute, network, and/or storage.
  • Builds customer success stories, documents solutions and best practices, and guides and trains peers on scaling across the organization and the industry.
  • Enables development and growth of product features through customer feedback and proofofconcept evaluations.
    Note: This is a commissioned sales position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • 10+ years customer-facing pre/post sales engineering (systems engineering, solutions architecture) or field applications engineering with a strong focus on consumption based solutions.
  • BS or MS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, + equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in Deep Learning and Machine Learning, with experience using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Established track record working with AI/MLOps GPU accelerated solutions in cloud computing environments including AWS, GCP, Aure and OCI.
  • Experience with virtualization and cluster management tools, including Docker/Containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and oral communication skills with a strong desire to share knowledge with clients, partners, and co-workers.
  • Strong working knowledge of Python, C/C++, Bash, and Linux.
  • Proven expertise through projects or Open-Source contributions in cloud-based GPU workloads, Kubernetes, or other related areas.
  • Ability to travel up to 25 percent to customer/partner locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers and partners to build and deploy AI/ML solutions at scale using Intel AI software and your skills in AI, MLOps, ML engineering, DevOps and Kubernetes.
  • Detail your work and share your knowledge by delivering demos, Driving POCs, or writing papers and developer blogs.
  • Working cross functionally with multiple organizations within Intel as well as at the customer.
  • Manage, own, and drive the technical relationship with customer.
  • Recommend migration strategies, enterprise architectures, migration tools and infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution.
  • Partner with Field Sales Team to develop short and long-term sales strategy.
  • Drive and own sales enablement. Have a “hunting” mindset when it comes to opportunities.
  • Be the liaison between the customer and product management.
  • Drive and own consumption of customer commits and partner with account owners on contract renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Compensation is based on rev and consumption targets.
