To help drive this effort, Intel is investing in the creation of Customer Success dedicated team that will play a key role in helping Intel customers achieve this digital transformation through successful adoption of Intel Cloud solutions and adjacent AI Services.
The Cloud Solution Architect will drive technical change management and adoption activities with key business and engineering decision makers, helping reduce implementation risk, driving usage of existing solutions, and identifying opportunities to accelerate the path for customers to realize business value from their investments. This role is a true technical/business owner that will be responsible for owning pipeline and driving results including deal qualification, ACR, MRR, expansion, and CSAT metrics and technical enablement. They will also have a responsibility to work across and with engineering and field sales teams to represent VoC needs and influence sales and roadmap development.
Disclaimer : Role is fully remote meaning you don’t need to go to the office, but candidate needs to be located in East Coast (Virginia or surrounding)

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel’s immigration sponsorship.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or any STEM degree.
  • 10+ years of combined experience with:
  • Customer-facing pre/post sales engineering.
  • Deep Learning and Machine Learning using frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch etc.
  • AI/MLOps GPU accelerated solutions in cloud computing environments, such as AWS, GCP, Aure and OCI.
  • Experience with virtualization and/or cluster management tools, such as Docker/Containers/ Kubernetes.
  • Experience in managing cloud consumption.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

  • Python, C/C++, Bash, Linux.
  • Open-Source contributions in cloud-based GPU workloads, Kubernetes, or other related areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Influences, enables, and drives adoption and preference for Intel based solutions for private, public, and/or hybrid cloud infrastructure and cloud/data services..
  • Develops and executes multiyear strategies that builds upon Intel’s overall cloud routes to market initiatives.
  • Leverages expertise of the industry, business use cases, multi cloud options and use cases, technical merits of cloud, and TCO value propositions to accelerate company and customer revenue growth.
  • Cultivates Csuite relationships with global cloud service providers (CSPs), digital services/SaaS providers, enterprise, cloud and public sector customers, independent software vendors (ISVs), system integrators (SIs), and managed service provider (MSP) partners to maximize utilization of Company product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to create and deploy innovative solutions leveraging Intel ‘s cloud and AI/ML capabilities.
  • Provide expertise in AI/ML, MLOps, ML engineering, DevOps, and Kubernetes. Drive successful implementations and provide technical guidance.
  • Deliver demos, drive proof of concepts, and share best practices through documentation, blogs, and training sessions. Foster a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Partner with Sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies. Drive sales enablement and actively pursue new opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Own and manage the technical relationship with customers. Provide recommendations on migration strategies, enterprise architectures, and infrastructure requirements.
  • This req requires up to 25% travel.
