ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Based on site in our corporate CBD head office, Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm, we are seeking an experienced Club Membership Administration Consultant, to join our dynamic Club Membership team and engage with our current and prospective RACV Club Members to deliver a friendly, professional and high-quality customer service experience.
In this busy and varied phone-based role, you will utilise your excellent verbal & written communication skills and develop a thorough knowledge of RACV Club, to assist RACV Club Members with enquiries, information and bookings.
Responsibilities:
As a Club Membership Administration Consultant, day to day, you will predominantly answer phone calls and respond to email and online enquiries to support and guide Club Members on their journey with us. Your key responsibilities for this role include:
- Communicate with members in a professional manner to answer inbound calls, make outbound calls and respond to emails & web forms to assist with new member applications, club account queries & club restaurant reservations
- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of RACV Club products, memberships, benefits, events & latest updates
- Analyse, investigate and maintain an accurate database of customer accounts, transactions & records
- Investigate and resolve queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Cross sell & upsell products to retain existing members and grow new club memberships
- Assist members in person and guide them through facilities
- Contribute to team targets, meetings, safe work practices and environment
