INTRODUCTION:

Gosford RSL Club, a brand new $50 million dollar build, has just opened its doors to provide an unparalleled entertainment and leisure experience for our members and guests. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all who walk through our doors.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Club Receptionist. As the face of the club, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all visitors feel valued and welcomed from the moment they arrive. This position requires someone who can hit the ground running, handle a fast-paced environment with ease, and deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

DESCRIPTION:

In addition to making first impressions last you will be required to;

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about club facilities, events, and what we have to offer
  • Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
  • Process memberships accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with club entry requirements and regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively, escalating issues as necessary.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

We need you to love people! They are our bread and butter!

  • Previous experience in a customer service or reception role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. It gets busy! You need to be able to manage multiple people and groups coming in at once.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Understanding of club entry requirements and regulations (preferred but not essential).
  • Availability to work varying hours, including weekends and public holidays. The Club trades from 7am to 4am daily.
