Description:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Cluster Digital Manager to be part of the Criterion Hospitality management team.
You will be responsible for managing digital marketing for three properties in our portfolio: Indigo, Victory, and Assembly Hotel, all located in Leicester Square.

This role offers some working flexibility (office/hybrid).
CAPABILITIES
- Experience working in digital marketing channels – SEO, PPC, digital advertising, blogs, editorial and so on.
- An organised individual who can strategically plan a marketing calendar that can drive commercial success.
- A project manager with an attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns with a test-and-learn approach.
- A team player who works well with people of all backgrounds, skill levels, and abilities to deliver a plan.
- Graphic Design would be preferable (Canva and Photoshop)
- Knowledge of coding preferred (HTML, Java, Script, and CSS)
- Experience with global hotel brands’ direct marketing, such as IHG, Marriott, or Hilton, would be preferred.
Prior experience within a similar role is essential and experience is highly beneficial. The successful applicant must have the right to work in the United Kingdom to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Development of the paid media strategy
- Drive media partnerships and media solutions
- Budget Management
- SEO and SEM management
- PPC Management
- Report on campaign analytics
- Present strategies, results, and opportunities to senior management
- Manage Google Analytics, tracking bookings and conversions.
- Maintain all websites for the cluster hotels.
