Responsibilities:

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Nude Lucy is growing in NSW! As we are opening more & more stores we are hiring a Area Manager to look after 4-5 Stores in Sydney!
Based in Sydney, we are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee our NSW based stores and lead our retail teams in growing an established brand and business.
Work closely with your Head of Retail by supporting your team to drive sales and KPIs in your region and work to develop future leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Lead by example to set management expectations across your Teams
  • Manage in-store Employee Relations such as grievances and performance management
  • Train, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
  • Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
  • Produce and analyse required financial reports – i.e. Payroll reports
  • Roster Management and payroll approval
  • Manage Teams (Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
  • Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage
  • Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
  • Demonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed by Team Members are in a safe manner in accordance to Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team Member
