Responsibilities:
The Cluster Marketing Assistant/Manager is responsible for driving 2 hotels’ holistic Marketing effectiveness with 2 key areas of focus:
- Maximise and generate brand awareness and revenue demand though the implementation of marketing initiatives that drive measurable performance focusing primarily on Hotel and Restaurants & Bars Marketing
- Responsible for the planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Public Relations, Brand and Partnership activations. You will also help to create a desired work culture around our Winning Ways of the InterContinental Hotels Group and embrace the IHG Commitment.Candidates who are digital natives with demonstrated experience in performance marketing will be considered for the Manager role
Candidates with experience in digital performance marketing across all paid channels, including but not limited to paid search, display, remarketing and metasearch campaigns will be considered for the Manager role.
- Familiar with digital trends and digital marketing channels/tools. Broad and up-to-date understanding of digital performance marketing channels preferred.
- Must possess strong understanding of digital best practices, web analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven marketing.
- Experience with website analytics tools and possess strong data analysis skill
