Job Description
Scope: Enhance our properties awareness, improve client loyalty, and enhance revenue.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Cluster DOSM, ,the role of the Cluster Marketing Manager, involves orchestrating, developing, and implementing marketing and communication strategies. These strategies are tailored to meet the external and internal requirements of our 3 hotels : Pullman Cape town, Movenpick Windhoek & Mercure Windhoek. Each distinct in style and ranging from 4 to 5 stars, thus requiring a nuanced approach that respects their individuality and brand essence. Additionally, the Cluster Marketing Manager, will oversee the following primary responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications & public relations
• English speaking
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a marketing or communications position.
• Must have excellent writing and editing skills.
• Must have content creation skills
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
