The iNUA Collection is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cluster Revenue Assistant to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you’ll go beyond data analysis – you’ll use your insights to make strategic decisions that keep our hotels booked and thriving. You’ll partner closely with the Regional Revenue Manager to implement revenue management strategies across multiple properties, ensuring guests have a delightful stay while maximizing hotel profits.

Responsibilities:
- Become a Revenue Rockstar: Partner with the Regional Revenue Manager to develop and implement revenue strategies that optimize room, meeting, and event bookings across our iNUA Collection hotels.
- Data Detective: Analyze market trends, competitor data, and guest booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities and inform pricing recommendations.
- Channel Master: Ensure accurate and consistent pricing across all our booking channels, including the PMS, channel manager, and websites.
- Reporting Ace: Generate insightful reports to track performance, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the Regional Revenue Manager and other departments to achieve shared goals.
