CLUSTER SALES MANAGER

40,000 to £50,000 - depending on experience plus sales bonus
A peaceful four star hotel in Gerrards Cross in Buckinghamshire, the Bull Hotel offers 147 comfortable bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, and flexible event suites for all types of functions. Opened in 1688 as a coaching inn, the picturesque hotel combines warm British hospitality with modern comforts. Located in the countryside. The Bull is easily accessible by train or car.
This is a great opportunity for a well presented, highly motivated and innovative Sales Manager or Executive with experience in hotel Rooms and Meetings and Events Sales, who is tenacious, result focused and ready for their next challenge.
With a base at The Bull hotel in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, applicants must be able to travel to the other 3 hotels in the Cluster in London, Windsor and Great Malvern, Worcestershire, on a regular basis.
We are seeking a Cluster Sales Manager with previous experience of both hotel bedroom sales and the MICE market in hospitality to join our sales team and develop our business by targeting and bringing new clients to the hotels, creating and sustaining a working environment that is pro-active in finding new business, whilst maximising the potential of existing users through effective account management. We believe that it is the people we employ that makes the difference to the experience of our guests, and that is why we are looking for someone who is ready to go the above and beyond in everything they do.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING AS CLUSTER SALES MANAGER?

  • Proactively selling our 4 hotels to new clients.
  • Achieving sales targets and expanding the business
  • Proactive account management of existing clients to grow revenue
  • Establishing key relationships with embassies and the corporate market, both direct & through agencies, to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business through research, cold calling, networking events, etc
  • Visiting all hotels on a regular basis, for meetings and to take the opportunity to visit local clients and host potential client visits on property.
  • Actively seeking and supporting marketing opportunities for the venue
  • Being pro-active in putting forward suggested actions to achieve the department’s targets
