THE POSITION

We are looking for a Cluster Trade Marketing Manager to join Organon team in the Cluster of Central-Easter & Southern Europe and lead the Trade Marketing activities for our RX portfolio, with the possible development path into an OTC Sales Lead in the future.

  • Key Markets: Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria
  • Preferred place of residence: Poland

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Min. 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry in the field of sales and marketing od RX, OTC, OTX products; prior experience in Trade Marketing in a pharmaceutical and/ or a FMCG company is a must;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with lots of unstructured and structured data;
  • Master’s degree in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in a multinational and complex environment;
  • Being excellent in thriving in a matrix structure and being adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders;
  • English proficient
  • Willingness to travel in the assigned markets, as the position requires up to 50% travel time spent out of place of residence

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Polish, Czech/ Slovak, Bulgarian, Romanian or Hungarian language will be an asse

Responsibilities:

As a Cluster Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing trade marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, market share and sales volume among customers in the Commercial Channels (distributors and pharmacy chains but not only);
  • Developing and executing the Cluster and Local Trade Marketing Annual Plans in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget by optimizing the return on investment (ROI) of trade marketing activities;
  • Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and commercial offers, rolling out impactful customer campaigns in collaboration with commercial, sales and marketing teams;
  • Leading commercial activation programs with key customers to improve brand awareness of Organon portfolio;
  • Creating and delivering engaging and informative trade marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, webinars, etc. including also pharma e-commerce platforms and digital tools;
  • Organizing and participating in trade shows, conferences, seminars and other events to promote Organon portfolio and build relationships with the customers;
  • Training and coaching sales teams on trade marketing best practices and techniques;
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends in the RX and OTC segment;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of trade marketing programs and providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, medical, regulatory, legal & compliance teams to ensure alignment and compliance of trade marketing initiatives with company objectives and ethical standards;
  • Participate in the annual commercial negotiations and visiting the customers regularly to ensure proper execution of the Trade Marketing strategies.
