As a CMS Graduate in Operations, you will be an integral support to ensuring our business exceeds expectations for our customers and vendors.

SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • BA/BSc level 2:2 or higher.
  • Degree in business, supply chain or similar.
  • Experience in working in a Supply Chain and Logistics (Desirable).
  • SAP experience (desirable).
  • Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confident and able to liase and collaborate with other departments
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities & the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A keen interest in technology and its application in a business environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with experience in proposing different options and solutions.

Responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Initial responsibilities:

  • IDN Creation
  • Product set-up
  • Product EOL Management
  • HS Code checking
  • Reconciling Open purchase Order reports with vendors

In your graduate position you will work towards:

  • AMR Order Process [Management of customer orders, allocation, and outbound order scheduling from CMS Plants.]
  • EMEA Order Process [Management of customer orders, allocation, and outbound order scheduling from CMS Plants.]
  • Responsible for Accuracy of Do Not Return report.
  • Ensuring deliveries to key partners are invoiced accurately.
  • Maintaining inbound ETA dates on CMS ERP system to ensure accuracy of Hub Chain Report.
