We are looking for a solution focussed human resources Graduate to join our People Development team. The ideal candidate is curious, has a growth mindset, a positive ‘can do’ attitude, excellent communication skills and is highly task driven. The successful applicant will be a team player who is confident and able to influence key stakeholders to their way of thinking. Our ideal candidate should be a strong communicator that is keen to take ownership of Learning & Development activities with a passion for training, delivering results and making a positive impact.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• BA/BSc degree. Minimum 2:2.
• HR, Business, Psychology degree would be desirable.
• Ablility to speak another language (other than English) fluently would be desirable. Ideally French, Dutch, German or Mandarin.
• Excellent communication skills both in written and in verbal format.
• Office administrator or HR experience is desirable.
• Ability to learn and grasp latest technology and innovation, including the use of social media.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent is desirable
