CNC Laser/Turret/Guillotine Operator

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are a well established manufacturing firm that specialise in wood burner fires - located in Addington. We require someone to operate a CNC laser, guillotine, turret punch and press brake. This will be a long term opportunity that could lead to permanent employment for the right candidate.
Full time, day shift hours with overtime rates applied after 40 hrs worked per week. Finish at lunch time on a Friday!
Previous CNC machining experience is preferred however all applications will be considered.

THIS IS A HANDS-ON ROLE THAT WILL INVOLVE:

• Set up and physical operation of CNC laser/turret/guillotine machines with significant material handling required.
• Ensuring all production parts physically match drawings (QA).
• Reporting any misalignment of factory output/engineering department drawings.
• Working with Factory Supervisor to organise product flow throughout department to achieve maximum efficiency
• Working with Factory Supervisor to organise production to optimise stock position
• Breakdown and preventative maintenance when required
• Maintain system integrity (CNC database vs engineering database)
