Essential Requirements:

• Cert III Mechanical or Certificate III in Engineering, Trade Qualification
• Must be able to read and understand drawings, including model-based data.
• Read and understand ISO G Code for minor program changes
• Mon to Fri – Day – 6am – 2pm
• Mon to Fri – Afternoon – 2pm 10pm
• Mon to Fri – Night Shift -10pm -6am

• Manufacture components to drawings and instructions as detailed on work orders using CNC machines
• Machines include Mazak, DMG, Doosan, Makino, Breton and HAAS. Our controllers include Heidenhain, TNC, Celos, Fanuc, Pro 3 / Pro 6
• Record details on work orders and sign for completed work
• Measure completed work using hand held gauges
• Ensure components meet customer drawing requirements
• Use electronic work stations to log on and off tasks
• Use of hand tools and equipment
• Carry out operator maintenance on machine as required
• Work as part of as a team using machine defects and work to prevent reoccurrence.
