SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in CNC programming languages and software to create and modify machining programs
• Ability to set up, operate and monitor CNC machines
• Experience using computerised equipment
• Horizontal & vertical bora
• Drilling machine & lathe experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Be driven, passionate and progress driven
• Understanding of engineering drawings and specifications

• Able to complete precision type work as per job requirements
• Ability to operate manual and CNC lathes, CNC milling, radial drill and vertical borers machines
• Consistently complete work in a timely manner
• Accurately fill out job documentation as per QA requirements
• Demonstrate personal responsibility in ensuring all safety, quality, and environmental practices and standards are effectively maintained at all times
• Demonstrate integrity through consistent behaviours and values
• Effectively interpret engineering drawings, tolerances and machining requirements
