REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:

• Trained machinist or industrial technician
• Independent, motivated and structured way of working
• High quality and safety standards
• Experienced in handling measuring equipment
• Preferably experience with CAM/offline programming (Mastercam etc.)
• Experience with DIN ISO programmingConfident in reading drawings and production documents

TASKS:

• Setting up manufacturing workpieces according to drawings and work plan on CNC milling machines and setting up new prototypes with our project team NPI
• Loading, adapting and creating CNC programs
• Setting up CNC machines according to production documents, aligning workpieces and adjusting zero points and cutting tools
• Checking production documents and machining parameters
• Responsible for compliance with quality requirements and documentation of the required production records
• Cost-conscious handling of materials and operating equipment
• Creation and documentation of set-up plansCo-design and continuous improvement of production processes

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working closely with our production leader and operators, your responsibility will be to ensure that the workpieces are correctly set up and prepared for the operator.You will also be part of optimising and finding solutions for better utilisation to minimise process times. Both for output but also to be as cost-effective as possible.
