Working with a precision engineering sompany providing services to a network of clients who operate Globally.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Apprenticeship trained and experienced in mechanical engineering to an HNC or equivalent experience and skills
Working hours are Mon to Thurs 7.30am to 4pm and Friday 7.30am to 3pm.

Responsibilities:
- To operate all machine tools in a safe manner ensuring a quality product is produced at all times
- Manage the efficient manufacture of components
- Assist with the development of efficient manufacture practices
- To interpret engineering drawings/specifications
- To set and load machines with correct programming and tooling
- To supervise Machine Operator during production
- To programme CNC machines to customer requirements using supplied data.
- To maintain and manage tooling system for new, used and obsolete cutters as laid out in Tool System
- To adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times
- To fully adhere to the ISO 9001 Quality Standard
