The available position is a CNC Operator/Programmer and is based out of our Smithville Facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate a variety of CNC milling machines and lathe
  • Read and interpret Engineering drawings/blueprints and Solid models
  • Translate instructions into computer commands so machines perform correct function
  • Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts
  • Resolve problems with products or design changes
  • Modify programs and change offsets as necessary; Identify and correct machine and programing errors
  • Utilize and comply with all manufacturing and quality standards
  • Verify dimensions of parts and tools using precision measuring instruments
  • Abide with instructions, regulations and safety policies
  • Keep machines and surrounding area clean while maintaining a safe work environment
  • Other duties may be assigned
