Description:
Recra is working in partnership with a prestigious engineering business who are looking to introduce a CNC milling PSO to join their well-established team. Our client are a specialist in bespoke or one-off components, so the role will offer a lot of variety.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous hands-on experience with multi-axis CNC machining centres with FANUC control systems.
- Knowledge of Fusion 360 is preferred but similar CAD/CAM systems would be considered.
- Ability to accurately read and estimate Cycle Time from Customer’s Drawings.
- Previous experience in a supervisory/managerial role would be beneficial.
- Previous experience with CMM/EDM Wire would be beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities:
To Programme, Set, and operate first/second operation machines to accurate specifications ensuring that components are produced correctly to drawing, and quality requirements and delivered on time.
