The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an CO Analyst – Customer Care with Czech or Slovak you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Providing Customer Service support in the customer care process via defined channels
  • Liaising with the business on customer relationship management via Salesforce functionalities
  • Registration and consideration of customer cases
  • Monitoring work queues for new requests and completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
  • Identifying opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in Customer Service
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Fluent English and advanced knowledge of Czech or Slovak (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience working with SAP (especially OTC module)/ SalesForce will be an asset.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes
  • Detailed oriented and enjoys working with customers
  • Proactive attitude to the duties entrusted.
