We are a stealth AI Robotics venture based out of Munich paving the way for the first-ever mass-produced humanoid robot, designed to elevate industry and daily life alike.
We’re looking for an AI Engineering Co-Founder to join our technical founding team HQ’ in Munich.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a visionary Technical AI Founder who embodies a blend of technical prowess and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have:

• A PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI development and research, preferably with exposure to robotics.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages relevant to AI and machine learning.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and robotics software platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable, showcasing flexibility and resilience.

As a Founding AI Engineer, you will join a 2 other Co-Founders (1 ex-founder & 1 hardware robotics expert) to build a venture from the ground up. Our first goal will be to develop a functional prototype humanoid robot. We’re looking for somebody who is excited by working hands-on to build the prototype, but can ultimately lead a team of AI Engineers and lead developmental research into the space.

• Lead the development of cutting-edge AI technologies that will be integrated into our humanoid robots.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and robotics, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.
• Develop strategic plans for the AI division, aligning with Clavis overall objectives and vision.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless integration of AI technologies into product offerings.
• Build, mentor and guide a team of AI developers and researchers, promoting continuous learning and development.
