As Co-Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll shape the strategic direction of our Performance Marketing Unit alongside our second Co-Head and in collaboration with the Director of Performance Marketing. You’ll bring your vision, passion, and energy to lead and inspire a dynamic team of around 70 employees, driving the continued growth and success of our service unit.

Responsibilities:

…the operational, personnel and financial responsibility, the strategic development of the unit in the areas of Performance Marketing as well as leading your team of team managers and subject-matter experts. You think entrepreneurially and follow the latest trends and innovations - with a view to further optimizing the unit setup, expanding the service offering and analyzing and identifying interesting opportunities in cooperation with various stakeholders and external partners. Additionally, you represent the unit and the topic of Performance Marketing externally at conferences and industry events. Together with your team managers, you constantly improve and optimize processes and working methods with a view to achieving the highest service quality for our clients and at the same time keeping in mind the effectiveness and wellbeing of our employees. You manage cross-unit projects in interdisciplinary teams and ensure cross-functional collaboration. Lastly, you will support and liaise with team managers on people-related topics, development opportunities and HR-related issues.
