Responsibilities:

  • Complete regular analyses and support execution of weekly deployments, big bet campaigns and ad-hoc testing to ensure reliability, credibility and viability of conclusions and recommendations
  • Support the translation of marketing requests and questions into analytical problems. Requests can be strategic or tactical in nature, including but not limited to targeting, sizing, segmentation, development of dashboards, reports, and measurement
  • Report and visualize key business performance metrics to drive and support strategic decisions
  • Develop concise strategic customer insights from data analysis
  • Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting
  • Support extraction, review, and preparation of complex operational and customer behavior information from a variety of databases (GCP, Teradata, Looker, etc)
  • Use Cloud based SQL/Python environment to process big data (including customer, transaction, channel data etc.), conduct analysis, and visualizing the results
  • Across all of the above responsibilities, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including but not limited to marketing, digital and tech teams
