Description:

Maple Lodge Farms is Canada’s largest independently owned poultry processor. It engages in processing and supplying chicken products in Canada and internationally. It offers bacons, deli chicken meats, sliced packaged meats, fresh seasoned chicken, frozen boxed meats, and wieners. This position will focus primarily on IT Service Desk and will involve in IT projects in order to the IT team to focus on higher-priority projects and critical issues, enhancing our department’s efficiency and effectiveness.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

  • Level 1 user support
  • ZenDesk Tickets – Follow-ups
  • Desktop/Laptop setups
  • Mobile Phone setups
  • Cyber Security Training Campaign – Co-ordination with all stakeholders
