This position will focus primarily on IT Service Desk and will involve in IT projects in order to the IT team to focus on higher-priority projects and critical issues, enhancing our department’s efficiency and effectiveness.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

• Level 1 user support
• ZenDesk Tickets – Follow-ups
• Desktop/Laptop setups
• Mobile Phone setups
• Cyber Security Training Campaign – Co-ordination with all stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS
