What You’ll Do:

  • Gain experiential education in the development and implementation of digital health & wellness engagement
  • Help manage the creation of digital product strategies and execution
  • Support the communications and marketing strategy for the digital health team, working collaboratively with external strategic partners, as well as internal marketing and PR teams
  • Manage ongoing data analytics to present key metrics and insights to inform an evolving product roadmap and monitor operational success
  • Manage and monitor technical incidents and escalate where required – facilitating discussions across internal and external teams
  • Maintain and update enterprise content for the digital health and wellness platforms
  • Ensure project documentation is kept up to date and followed
  • Continuously learn and research on digital healthcare innovation, as well as relevant regulatory and industry developments
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to manage required financial reporting
  • Support the execution and project management of new initiatives
  • Use superior PowerPoint and written communication skills to create presentations and documents that captivate key stakeholders and communicate detailed technical information in a digestible forma
