Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

Position is responsible for leading/mentoring a team of outbound Cruise Consultants to achieve sales in order to maximise lead conversion Sales coach will develop and implement individual coaching plans and provide resources and assistance to a team of consultants on a daily basis Sales coach is to determine training needs by observing the Cruise Consultant team; observe sales approach identify areas of improvement implement outbound call plans study sales results reports onboarding new consultants and conferring with management of Consumer Sales to develop and assist on any other sales strategies when needed To be successful in this role you should have a solid understand of sales techniques and the ability to motivate team members to reach sales targets

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coach each Cruise Consultant individually to assess their sales ability needs in order to maximize lead conversion rate

  • Design and develop training infrastructure to create a training focused culture
  • Review and update training policies on an annual basis
  • Design produce and implement training programs to meet sales needs
  • Ensure all staff receives ongoing sales trainings and provides constant follow up thereafter
  • Evaluate skill sets and knowledge of the Cruise Consultants and trainees; provide feedback and documentation to management

    • Provide regular sales reviews with each consultantCommunicate and interact effectively with decision makers at all levels internally and externally
  • Adhere to all company policies procedures and business ethics codes
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
