CoE Lead Transformation and Change

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with the purpose, strategy and objectives of CDAO, for CommBank.
- Lead the CoE transformation and change team in establishing best practices, methodologies, and tools for driving large-scale data and analytics transformation.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify strategic transformation goals and translate them into actionable initiatives.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across BU/SUs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and actively engaged in the transformation process.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and workshops to communicate the transformation vision, secure buy-in, and manage resistance to change.
- Oversee the communication and engagement strategy for all CDAO change initiatives, ensuring transparency and building trust throughout the process.
- Analyse the effectiveness of transformation initiatives an identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement robust change management strategies to mitigate risks and ensure a smooth transition throughout the transformation process.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the CoE and its impact on achieving the transformation goals.
- Coach and mentor Change and Transformation Specialists within the CoE, fostering their professional development.
