Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to the following:
  • Is a passionate Barista and would like to further develop their skills.
  • Nurture the relationships we have with our many regular customers and recruit new business through flawless service.
  • Must be able to exceed at customer-service and be able to deal efficiently and courteously with customer complaints or issues.
  • Maintaining the quality of coffee being served to the customers in conjunction with the Area Manager.
  • Maintain and promote a positive shop atmosphere whilst ensuring highest standards of cleanliness, quality and detail, in conjunction with Area Manager and Operations Manager.
  • Maintaining the shop’s profitability and quality goals, in conjunction with the Area Manager
  • Ensuring operations are efficient at all times, in conjunction with the Area Manager and Operations Manager
  • Maintaining high productivity of team members in conjunction with Area Manager
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the team
  • Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are maintained (and reviewed) at all times, admin and issues are dealt with proactively and reported as necessary.
  • ROTA building alongside the Area Manager
  • Work with daily cash, POS, purchasing and inventory systems
  • Submit sales reports
  • Is fully aware of how to deal with Refunds and Returns
  • Be a Coffeeangel ambassador at all time, including any social media
    This list is not exhaustive. Assistant Manager will be required to perform such other duties as appropriate to the post, as may be assigned to you from time to time by a designated person. You will be required to assist with special functions, from time to time.
