ARE YOU THE OATSOME PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

You’ve read about the role and now your imagination is flying at full speed. Here are the qualities we’re looking for… do you recognize them in yourself?
Apart from being a highly skilled professional, we’re looking for someone who’s business-minded and adept at problem-solving, taking ownership of their area of expertise. We expect you to have several years of experience as a business controller or in a similar role, with at least two years of leadership experience. Additionally, we hope you have extensive experience working with COGS, preferably in an international setting.

We hope to see that you check the following boxes:

  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering/Technology, Supply Chain Management or similar
  • Experience within the Food industry or FMCG
  • Excellent Excel skills and fluent in English

Also, not a must, but great if you have some experience from working in any of the big ERPs and from working with a front-end BI tool.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your mission will be to support the global and Europe Network business by delivering insights through analysis of performance-driven improvement and focusing results. Ensuring the COGS reporting of actual performance, forecasts and targets whilst improving, driving, and supporting operations with proactive analysis, advice and creating tools to optimize decision-making and business performance.

HERE’S WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:

  • Act as a business partner towards the SO organization globally, contribute to finance activities including reporting, governance & control and advising on financial matters. Promote strong governance and internal control in the organization and act as support in improvements projects.
  • Working together with colleagues in the Global and Europe Network controlling team. Close collaboration with various stakeholders in Supply Chain & Operations organization on Global and European level.
  • COGS Finance support to ensuring Oatly can source, plan, make and deliver. Enable in Cost-to-serve, Operational excellence and competitiveness, Make process, SCO Innovation, Sustainability, and key End to End Supply Chain initiatives.
  • Support and drive COGS improvement and digitalization, from Global, E&I and site improvement projects.
  • COGS Reporting and Analysis – Actuals, Forecast, and Budget reporting. Drive and manage the budgeting and quarterly forecasts process
  • SOX controls, support SOX improvement and implementation, to optimize an efficient process and COGS Variance Cross charge management
  • Provide VP E&I and Sustainable operations with financial reports, business cases, analytics as well as sound recommendations for decisions and improvements, for all areas covered by SCO (sourcing, manufacturing, quality, supply chain/logistics)
  • Provide analysis to support strategic decision making, implement and follow up of KPIs and strategic directives.
  • Lead two direct reports
