Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clay.com Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual with a deep understanding of list building and lead generation through Clay.com, equipped with the technical expertise to leverage the platform’s capabilities to the fullest. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our lead generation strategies, ensuring seamless integration with HubSpot and SmartLead.ai for efficient data management and campaign effectiveness. Additionally, experience with outreach platforms such as Lemlist, SmartLead, or Instantly.ai is essential for streamlining and automating communication with potential leads.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience with Clay.com, including list building, web scraping, and lead generation techniques. (Please specify the number of years/months of experience with Clay.com at the beginning of your application.)
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically HubSpot and SmartLead.ai, with a strong understanding of integration processes and data management. Experience with either Lemlist, SmartLead, or Instantly.ai for automated outreach campaigns is required.
  • Proficiency in web scraping tools and methodologies, with the ability to extract and manipulate data for targeted lead generation campaigns.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and List Building

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive lists using Clay.com to target leads effectively, employing various strategies for segmentation and personalization.
  • Continuously explore and implement advanced features within Clay.com for enhancing the lead generation process and improving the quality of targeted leads.

Data Management and Integration

  • Ensure accurate and efficient data flow between Clay.com, HubSpot, SmartLead.ai, and outreach platforms (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly.ai), setting up and managing integrations to streamline campaign operations and lead tracking.
  • Conduct regular audits of data integrity and system integrations, troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain seamless operational functionality.

Campaign Organization and Execution

  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging Clay.com for lead generation, while coordinating with HubSpot, SmartLead.ai, and outreach platforms for campaign management, communication automation, and analytics.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and achieve maximum ROI. Implement and manage outreach campaigns, ensuring personalized and effective communication with potential leads through platforms like Lemlist, SmartLead, or Instantly.ai.
