  This company we represent is a global leader of the temperature-controlled logistics industry using innovative cold storage and transportation solutions.
  We are seeking an experienced Cold Store Supervisor to join the team at their Wiri, South Auckland facility. In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the cold store, leading a small team and ensuring their customers’ requirements are met, whilst delivering a high standard of service.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• A motivated, hands-on Team Leader with at least 3 experience working in a similar sector
• Someone who can also manage and implement procedures/compliance regarding health & safety at the facility
• An excellent communicator who is able to respond to demands quickly
• Ability to maintain relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
• Confident in training, developing and mentoring your team members
• Experience in working within regulatory frameworks such as MPI
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A qualification in Logistics Management or Business equivalent
• Proficient with system and documentation work
• Some experience in exporting would be an advantage
• You must be a NZ Citizen or Resident to apply
