POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a ColdFusion Developer to join our team to support our federal client’s applications. You will be involved in all stages of product designing, architecting, developing, testing, and deploying the legacy application. This position will be 100% remote and Full-time

REQUIREMENTS:

Required

• 10+ years ColdFusion-2018 Web application development experience in windows environment
• 10+ years’ experience with relational databases Microsoft SQL server 2016, SSMS
• 8+ years HTML, XML Web Services, REST API’s, JSON CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JAVA, SharePoint etc.
• 5+ of Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver
• Technical writing experience
• Experience with Source Control GitHub, Jira
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience with implementation of section 508 standards for web applications
• Experience with all stages of SDLC (system development Life cycle)
• Strong application troubleshooting and debugging skills

Desired

• Experience with SharePoint

• Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs application software.
• Conducts product-level and code-level analysis, and collaborates with subject matter experts in the planning, design, development, and utilization of VA legacy and modernization tools and systems for information storage, processing, presentation, manipulation, display, or reporting.
• Determines application user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops autonomous services, web applications, scripts, and utility programs.
• Ensures software standards are met.
• Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable and consistent with client objectives.
