We’re looking for a Collaborations Business Development Manager to be based in Sydney, Australia.
The Purpose of this role would be to:
Focus to grow new accounts and revenue for Jabra Collaborations portfolio within APAC. Strong ability to sell video conferencing solutions effectively into large enterprises and key vertical customers (i.e. education, government, FSIs, manufacturing, etc.). Work strategically with local in-country sales team within APAC to Cross-sell and Up-sell Jabra Video solutions into existing customers segment.
Work closely with major industry players (i.e. AV Consultants, Project Management companies, Interior Design firms and Jabra’s key video alliances) to identify and farm new sales opportunities.
To be successful in this position, the candidate needs to have knowledge and prior experience in selling video/ collaboration solutions to enterprise customers and understands the customer’s requirements when exploring for video solutions.
The candidate should be a strong network/relationship builder with customers and industry partners to gain trust and support from them.
Jabra supports remote working, and the position will require regional travel.

  • Good network and understanding of AV partners and consultants in ANZ region
  • Generate and develop new key accounts for video opportunities
  • Creative and out-of-box thinking to generate more revenue through various avenues for collaboration business unit
  • Able to work with internal teams to x-sell/up-sell existing accounts
  • Team-oriented with strong listening and communication skills.
  • Strong networking nature with customers and video conferencing partners.
  • Passionate about professional collaboration.

We imagine the following sound like you:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with good sales track record
  • Possess experience in a project-based, development of customised solutions sales environment
  • Must have experience in Audio & Visual or video-conferencing solutions
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meetings solutions in Enterprise environment
  • Must have the keen interest in sales management
  • Able to deliver professional sales presentation, proposals and reports.
  • Experience in sales for Enterprise market, especially in Technology, Manufacturing & FSI
  • Perform a supportive / consultative role to Enterprise customer, for their video conference requirement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in industries such as Interior Design, Project Management, and AV Consulting for multinational corporations (MNCs).
