What you will be responsible for

As Client On-Boarding Manager, AVP you will be

  • Taking full ownership of Collateral Services client on-boarding activities and supervising team members of the on-boarding team
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships to clients, counterparties and other external third parties while cultivating the culture in relationship
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues
  • Subject matter expert for corporate committees and initiatives
  • Developing and coaching junior team members
  • Creating and maintaining an engaged work environment and ensuring appropriate communications channels are in place
  • Overseeing and leading client migrations and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful on-boardings

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree with a focus on business and financial topics or comparable apprenticeship
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, preferably within collateral management, client on-boarding and/or client services
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing staff
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and the regulatory framework in regards to Collateral industry (e.g. EMIR)
  • Proficiency in English and German is a must (minimum C1)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, PowerBI preferred
