  • Work alongside the Applications team, and Commercial / Trade Teams to support business growth
  • Tailor a collection procedure depending on the needs of the specific customer
  • Monitor the security and any fraudulent activity within customer accounts.

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a committed and motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. Your high work ethic, ability to think critically and analytically, and strong customer service background will set you apart from the rest.

You’ll need:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills

  • Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office package.

We’re here to support you.
