YOUR QUALIFICATIONS…

  • English fluency is required.
  • Previous experience leading small to medium operations teams.
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience working with large files in Excel. Power BI will be desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant functional experience on Finance Operations such as billing, accounting, AP and/or Collections.
  • Strong analysis, problem solving, proactive root cause analysis, customer interfacing and conflict resolution skills.
  • Six-Sigma, Lean Enterprise or Continuous Improvement experience is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive cash collection to meet targets for A2C NAM operation with a strong cash mindset.
  • Lead a small team of collectors (multicultural) focused on meeting KPI targets.
  • Control and track day to day operation such as past due, rolling, balance due reports amongst others.
  • Daily identification, ownership and tracking of root causes and resolutions of both customer specific and portfolio wide issues for your assigned Vertical.
  • Help guide the team to Develop and maintain customer and client relationships in all levels of the organizations, getting involved when and where needed.
  • Enhance current processes by holding a continuous improvement mindset and empowering the team towards the same mindset.
  • Facilitating decision making with VSL Leader as well as other VP stakeholders, including effective communication on status, issues, risks and opportunities
