Job Description
Reporting directly to the Collections agent, you will perform several accounting and treasury tasks to the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.

Benefits:

Workplace: Miraflores, Algés; after the training period fully in the office, a hybrid working model will start.
Work schedule: from 08:30 am until 05:30 pm, from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolio in a multinational environment;
  • Ensure payment deadlines;
  • Receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to the respective subsidiaries;
  • Obtaining missing accounting information from clients - telephone and email;
  • Arguing and imposing the position of subsidiaries with diplomacy, and complying with good manners;
  • Properly record all complaints received either by phone or email;
  • Follow-up on customer accounts;
  • Identify solutions to the problems presented;
  • Establish a network of internal (SSC and Subsidiary) and external contacts (Customers).

Profile:

  • Fluency on Excel (advanced excel) and SAP;
  • Language: French mandatory (Minimum: C1), English nice to have;
  • Experience in cash-collection position (experience within a shared service environment would be a plus);
  • Good knowledge in finance;
  • At least 4 years’ experience in similar position.
