THE COMPANY
We have partnered with a Global Organisation who are seeking a Collections Officer to join their team on a permanent full time basis. This is a newly created position within the team due to growth across the organisation!
Responsibilities:
- Ageing Account reporting and analysis
- Daily Collection calls on accounts in arrears
- Negotiation payment plans / payment options with customers
- Escalation of high risk accounts
- Providing excellent customer service and adhering to company policies
- Adhoc tasks as required
