    Are you ready to take your collections career to the next level, our client is seeking a Legal Recoveries / Collections Officer to join their fast-paced finance environment.
    This is a busy legal and collections role that requires a proactive positive attitude and a strong work ethic with an opportunity for future growth.
    You will receive a good base salary with monthly commission along with free Gym Membership and free onsite parking, flexibility in roster, 9-day fortnight and early Friday finish.
    In this role, you will be responsible for managing collections, preparing letters of demand & pleadings, filing court documents, seeking judgments and garnishee orders.

Key responsibilities in the role include:

  • Negotiating payments of outstanding debts and arranging full payment or suitable payment plans in a respectful manner
  • Discuss legal consequences and support in preparation of legal documentation
  • Exceptional Customer service in inbound and outbound call management
  • Have strong attention to detail for making accurate file notes and updating the database
  • Adhere to Privacy Act, ACCC and Legislative requirements
  • Adhere to internal policy, system processes and external regulatory requirements!
