Qualification and Experience
- Matric / Grade 12 or international equivalent industry relevant training courses
- Min 2 year’s experience in a contact centre environment

Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
This role resides in Diep River, Cape Town and reports to Collections Team Leader. The Right-To-Activate Administrator manages the Right-To-Activate process from start to finish and maintains the relationship with purchasers. You will also ensure upfront payment schedules are signed and proceeds banked within turnaround times, and that collection performance management is done. The incumbent does this by maintaining compliance requirements such as Treating Customers Fairly, adhering to FAIS and NCA requirements.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?
- Experience in Right-To-Activate for 2 or more years
- Experience in reporting, and analysis.
- Recoveries experience advantageous for 2 year or more years
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge about the product
- Excellent sales ability
- Target driven
- Good risk awareness and understanding of legislative requirements
- The ability to navigate systems
- Team work
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure handovers are completed.
- Ensure the EDC’s perform at the agreed upon levels.
- Ensure commissions are paid and invoices signed as per the DOA.
- Ensure reports are created, updated and tracked to ensure the optimal performance of the RTA portfolio, including and excluding the upfront payment.
- Ensure queries are resolve within turnaround time
