CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Seeking enthusiastic candidates with exceptional experience in collections.
  • Open to transferrable experience in other environments or debt recovery types.
  • Must be IT literate, possess good numeracy, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Resilience and rapport-building are crucial.
  • Autonomy in decision-making and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service is a must
  • It would be beneficial if you have worked in a debt recovery/collections environment, with strong attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • making outbound and receiving inbound calls from individuals regarding outstanding debts with clients.
  • Calls vary depending on client requirements.
  • Handling a large volume of email and written correspondence.
  • Each specialist manages their own workload and workbox, offering varied tasks.
