CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Seeking enthusiastic candidates with exceptional experience in collections.
- Open to transferrable experience in other environments or debt recovery types.
- Must be IT literate, possess good numeracy, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Resilience and rapport-building are crucial.
- Autonomy in decision-making and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A positive attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service is a must
- It would be beneficial if you have worked in a debt recovery/collections environment, with strong attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- making outbound and receiving inbound calls from individuals regarding outstanding debts with clients.
- Calls vary depending on client requirements.
- Handling a large volume of email and written correspondence.
- Each specialist manages their own workload and workbox, offering varied tasks.
