How you will make an impact

• Take care of inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence
• Document all customer payments to the right reports
• Abide by all rules and regulations established by the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act
• Act as a company representative in upholding quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries
• Oversee and update customer files to ensure data accuracy
• Administer all billing and reporting activities in response to deadlines
• Pinpoint delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. written correspondence, phone contact, skip-tracing, and making arrangements for payment
• Process bankruptcy filings in the correct manner when received
• Ensure payments are processed
• Ability to analyze customer accounts and make decisions based on those analyses
• Prior experience using accounting software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• 3+ years of prior high volume collections experience
• General familiarity with cash posting
• Practical knowledge of Purchase Orders
• Background working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel
• High Volume Call Center experience highly preferred
• Experience with Resolve Delinquent
• Comprehension of Computer Data Entry
• Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• B2B collections experience preferred
• Adeptness in Credit Memo
• Good understanding of Excel Formulas
• Demonstrated knowledge of Write Offs
• Earlier work involving Salesforce.com
• NetSuite experience highly valued
• Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
• Deep understanding of commercial collections
• AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred
