YOU KNOW YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications) or any related course
• Minimum 1 year experience in an IT development role
• Fresh graduates are welcome but preferably with intermediate knowledge in SQL and XML/UML - Programming language (Laravel or PHP).
• Preferably with background in Mobile app development and knowledge in Predictive dialer management process.
• Initiative, Attention to detail, Team player Willingness to learn and has the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

• Converting business requirements into system documentation/requirements.
• Planning and prioritizing system changes/deployments according to business needs.
• Developing and executing system changes.
• Analyzing data and investigation of system issues.
• Communicating with other IT and non-IT personnel to gather more information about system/process.Identifying possible weak points of system/p
