Role Overview: As the College SMART Replay Operations Manager, you will lead a team responsible for managing the live quality of our SMART Replay Systems delivery for College Sports. You’ll oversee all operations and the video replay center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning while maintaining high standards of service quality. Your responsibilities will include process improvement, team management, budgeting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Location:

• Atlanta, GA (Hawk-Eye Innovation’s Headquarters)
• Frequent travel between both the Big Ten (Chicago, IL) and SEC (Birmingham, AL) Replay Centers in may be required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-5 years of Project/Operational Management experience.
• Experience managing staff and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in the sports technology industry is a plus.
