Description:
v Full Registration with the General Medical Council v Experience with UK hospital systems and practices (or equivalent) v National Training Number in final of surgical rotation: Consolidated logbook evidence of experience in both open Colorectal Surgery and Laparoscopic Techniques, along with endoscopy.. Alternatively, non-deanery surgeons, approaching/gained CESR with logbook experience of sufficient open/laparoscopic colorectal cases as well as endoscopy. v Reference from STC Chairman - supporting your suitability for this fellowship and giving consent to six months leave of absence from regional rotation, if planning an OOP. v Reference from current consultant trainers v Evidence of plans to maintain laparoscopic skills after the Fellowship is completed
