Campion Insurances Ltd part of PIB group are pleased to share the following role within the PIB Group in Ireland based in Fingal Insurance Group DAC , Swords.
We are seeking an experienced insurance personnel to join our Special Types Team based in Fingal Insurance Group DAC part of PIB Group, located in Swords, Co Dublin. At Fingal Insurance Group DAC, we provide our clients with solutions to all their Commercial insurance needs, detailed risk management and insurance advice. Our speciality is establishing niche insurance markets for the corporate and commercial sector, thus providing insurance solutions that offer a real competitive alternative. We provide a highly professional service to our commercial clients in the area of securing the best covers, in terms of price and security, but can offer a comprehensive risk and claims management service in conjunction with dedicated specialists, with whom we have developed close partnerships. We have agencies with over 60 major insurers and underwriting organisations locally and globally.
The primary purpose of this role is working in the special types area looking after renewals , MTA’s and doing the day-to-day administration providing a top quality service to direct clients and sub brokers .
Your Responsibilities
Maintaining and managing a portfolio of existing clients
Proactively helping to grow a pipeline for new business and renewals
Keeping up to date with trends to ensure that you stay an expert in your market
Delivering excellent customer service and helpful advice to customers
Have a focus on the market and competitor insight.
Skills / Knowledge
Proven administration and attention to detail skills
Possess some technical knowledge in insurance
Excellent customer service skills to earn the loyalty of our customers
Ability to network and build relationships
Proactive approach to building and managing your account.
Focus market and competitor insight.
Excellent presentation skills and be confident presenting at boardroom level
Qualifications and Experience
APA Commercial, CIP, MDI or ACII qualification or working towards qualification
Minimum 1 years’ insurance experience,
Experience in commercial motor or special types broking or underwriting an advantage
