SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience in a commercial, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Aware of the need for effective cash management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear insights.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work deliverables.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Desired but not essential.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare interim payment applications and AFP’s
- Site measurement and records
- Assisting in the preparation of forecasts, targets & CV reconciliations
- Maintain commercial data base including downloading Sage cost reports and issuing in the required format to Senior Management.
- Cash management - Be aware & be actively involved to ensure good cash management.
- Tender - Support as required.
- Understand and assist in the implementation of the commercial strategy.
- Attend site/sub-contractor meetings.
- Analysis s/c tender submissions via Entegro rate card.
- Analysis of s/c interim and final account submissions.
- Prepare draft s/c documents.
