SKILLS REQUIRED

• Experience in a commercial, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Aware of the need for effective cash management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear insights.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work deliverables.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Desired but not essential.

• Prepare interim payment applications and AFP’s
• Site measurement and records
• Assisting in the preparation of forecasts, targets & CV reconciliations
• Maintain commercial data base including downloading Sage cost reports and issuing in the required format to Senior Management.
• Cash management - Be aware & be actively involved to ensure good cash management.
• Tender - Support as required.
• Understand and assist in the implementation of the commercial strategy.
• Attend site/sub-contractor meetings.
• Analysis s/c tender submissions via Entegro rate card.
• Analysis of s/c interim and final account submissions.
• Prepare draft s/c documents.
