As we continue to innovate and grow, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Pricing & Commercial Management team. In this role you will play a crucial part in growing our footprint and market share in Meeting Room Video Solutions and Personal Cameras over the next 3 years.
Your primary goal will be to provide recommendations on the growing Video market for our sales leadership team through solid business analysis. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our sales team and the broader company, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact, driving revenue and expanding our presence in the market.
What will you be doing?

As a Business Analyst you will play a critical role in understanding the Video market and enabling our sales organization to perform at their best. You will work with stakeholders across the entire Jabra organization within a wide range of responsibilities:

  • Video Market Insights. Stay up to date on video market developments through tracking of market shares, street pricing, transaction analysis, partner growth etc. and provide the sales team with the data and insights to make enhance business decisions and investment cases.
  • Pipeline execution. Support the global sales leadership team in the creation of a Commercial Video Center of Excellence to drive sales value through KPI-tracking, win/loss analysis and price actions with the Business Unit.
  • Governance preparation. Support and strengthen commercial decision making through content creation and preparation of recurrent video related reporting such as Monthly/Quarterly Business reviews or Strategy Updates.
  • Create Global impact. Support the Global Sales Organization by aligning findings and implementing initiatives with key stakeholders in each of Jabra’s 3 sales Regions (NA, EMEA, APC).

How you’ll contribute:
As a business analyst you have a well-developed understanding of commercial issues and want to make a difference by creating excellent insights and making sure they are acted upon. You are collaborative by nature, driving you to seek and build strong strategic partnerships across functions.

Furthermore, you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience within commercial management/strategy.
  • Hold a degree in Business, Finance or similar education.
  • Feel at home in the full Office 365 suite.
  • Posses proven analytical abilities.
  • Are fluent in English and with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Desire to work in a global organization with various cultures.
  • Have a natural interest in technology, specifically in hardware and video.
  • Have experience working with B2B, Channels or Distributor sales is a plus.
